Eating is very significant in the process of become faster, stronger, and being healthier. There are six essential nutrients that you need to consume and that include carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Carbohydrate are used for energy. Protein is to build muscles. Good fat which come from foods like avocado are good for your heart and your cholesterol. Vitamins, minerals, and water are main things you need to survive. Knowing this, sugar, junk food, and anything similar are obviously not good choices in to choosing a healthier lifestyle. Energy drinks are not a good choice either because of the massive amount of sugar in them. The negative effects of energy drinks outweigh the positive effects.

Protein

Protein is very important in regards in to building muscle and strength. If you have are hitting 20 or more hours of exercise a week you should be multiplying your body weight by 1 gram of protein indicating that you if you weigh 130 pounds, you should be eating 130 pounds of protein a day. If you are exercising less than that, you should be multiplying your weight by .5-.8. Good food that have a lot of protein are chicken, beans, eggs, and drinks like milk. 

Counting your grams throughout the day is important too so you can make sure you hit your goal.
